Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed with a specific practitioner.
A valid consultation is required before all treatments.
SkinForm Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, failure to attend, or late arrival may result in loss of the session with no refund.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Course treatments must be paid in full in advance or as agreed (e.g., split payment structure).
